Due to the reliance on trade, the docks of Mos Eisley are well-regulated compared to the rest of the city. There is a truce between all of the local gangs to maintain order inside the docks. Of course, this does not mean that shipments are left untouched enroute to other locations.

Droids and kiosks keep track of almost all individuals and ships that come and go from Mos Eisley. The database is often available via negotiation. A few opt to pay higher fees to keep their whereabouts on the down low. This is mainly reserved for prominent leaders.
