With the defeat of Clan Saxon, there are several adults complicit in the war crimes left. They can be given a new leader, split up, or perhaps sent into exile.
A new leader may be loyal, may make them the happiest, but may be too lenient. Splitting them up among the clans may have them struggle the most but they will likely never have the chance to resurface. In exile, they may reforge their lives or they may try again. Imprisonment would keep them under control, but would cost resources and perhaps some could escape.
Note that exact details will be worked out. Feel free to discuss!

Re: Post Game Vote One
I haven't voted yet, but please accept my vote as one of these two provided the conditions:
Exile: I want this choice, but unless they are being abandoned on a deserted planet with nothing I would prefer not. Essentially, I want to be willing to grant them life somewhere, but I want an ability that the clans can feel there is an assurance for the Clan's that these people will not come back to haunt them nor anyone in the galaxy.
Otherwise, Imprisonment will be my choice.
