Owned by Mekota, who may or may not be a rodian, this establishment is one of the relatively more seedier cantinas in the city. Bouncers are clearly armed and wear the insignia of the bar’s gang. A few of them choose to keep their blasters or batons drawn. The general assumption, or hope, is that these weapons are set to stun. For patrons, weapons are not confiscated, and violence is simply discouraged, not banned, as long as Mekota’s property is not damaged.

True to the name, the lightning within makes it difficult for non-adapted species to see inside. Locals will often advise wearing goggles or just avoiding the place entirely. The place is filled with people, making a bit of shoving around necessary. One must hope, then, that they not bump into someone looking for an excuse for a fight.
